I received 25 entries, and for you Mathletes that means a total prize purse of $125. Those of you taking advantage of my generous nature and have yet to wager make the suggested donation of $5, just remember that my patience is not infinite and my temper has been known to unleash massive tremors in the earth’s crust…what? Too soon?
Here’s how I am planning to split the prize money:
1st Place – 58.4%, plus a lifetime subscription to MPMN Magazine
2nd place – 24.0%, plus a matched set of four (4) left-handed sporks
3rd place – 13.6%, plus a firm handshake and/or pat on the back
25th place – 4%, and the Sombrero of Infinite Sadness for a day
Anyone objecting to the above prize splits may send a handwritten note to:

Will you be updating a bracket so we can see who is in the lead, or do we have to wait until the end and double check your work?
The first day's update is on it's way with scores and the leaderboard. Second guess all you like. Sometimes my math gets abstract and/or creative, though my intent is to be as accurate as humanly possible. Thanks for asking, Anonymous. (Funny, I don't recall anyone by that name entering the bracket pool...)
